DDELAY v1.1 is a Real-Time Digital Delay (echo) effect processor. It runs under Windows 3.1, and requires an Mwave DSP-Based Soundcard. Adjustable delay time from 0-696msec (depending on free DSP memory), feedback, Direct/Effect mix, and output level. A text file with information on the Spectrum OfficeF/X card and the Mwave DSP platform is included.
More information on Mwave is available on my Mwave page.
ddelay11.zip (v1.1) supersedes ddelay10.zip (v1.0).
Parameters are garbage and can't be changed in Windows 95.

I haven't tried it myself, but I hear it works.
